Preparations have begun for our annual Frost Fair, taking place on the 23rd of November from 1-5pm. We look forward to seeing old friends, and some new faces for a cosy afternoon of great local wares, good food and lots of fun

Calling all Crafters & Artisans
Common Ground is inviting non-member crafters and artisans to participate in their seasonal Frost Fair on Sunday, November 23rd from 1 – 5pm in the Common Ground building at Beverley Studios.

… by 10th November and please put FROST FAIR STALLHOLDER (Non Member) in the subject line
Examples of crafts encouraged include but is not limited to: Jewellery, Bakery, Textiles/Knitwear, Flower Arrangements, Paintings, Seasonal Decorations, Papercraft/Cardmaking, Ceramics, Woodcraft, Leather Work, Metalwork, Door Wreaths, Pot Pourri, Cushions And Rugs, Table Décor, Cakes And Puddings, Homemade Chutneys, Organic Dried Herbs, etc.
Stall space is available at 15% of sales (10% to members) payable to Common Ground.
The following tables are available on a first come first served basis. You may provide your own table if you wish but please inform us of the dimensions in advance.
1 table @ 150cm x 35cm
4 tables @ 180cm x 75cm
4 tables @ (hexagonal shape) 84cm x 63cm x 137cm
Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis and will be assigned randomly with every effort made to keep similar stands at a distance from each other.
If you have any special requirements (i.e. Additional space for rails, request to be against a wall etc.) please indicate at the time of booking. Space is of a premium and if not previously agreed we may not be able to accommodate you on the day.
Refreshment in the form of tea and coffee will be made available to table-holders free of charge on the day
There are Limited Electric Sockets Available – Please Advise if you need one.
Table holders must supply their own table coverings.
A chair for each table is available to table holders.
