The Heroine’s Journey is dynamic exploration of aspects of the Feminine Journey through Creative Writing, Meditation and Mythology.

Draws from the work of Maureen Murdock, Sharon Blackie, Joseph Campbell, Carl Jung and Clarissa Pinkola Estes

Some of the Steps of the Journey are:

The Separation from the Feminine,
Initiation and Descent to the Goddess,
Yearning to reconnect with the Feminine,
Healing the Mother/ Daughter split,
Healing the Wounded Masculine
Inegration of the Masculine and the Feminine.

Facilitator is a published author, travel writer and blogger and member of the Teaching Council of Ireland. Siofra has facilitated writing workshops in schools, prisons, homes for the intellectually challenged, old folks homes and independently from the Novara Centre Bray and Thornfield House for the last 12 years. She was Writer in Residence in Louth from 2004-5.
